RETURN POLICY

SonDon International Corporation agrees to promptly refund the full purchase price only of all applicable product (or products) or exchange for comparable product (or products) as agreed to by customer if unused portion of applicable product (or products) is returned to SonDon within thirty days from date of delivery. In any case of unsatisfactory delivery customer must retain all package contents including packing material for inspection.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT NOTIFICATION

If a product is defective, customer agrees to notify SonDon International Corporation at the address listed below in writing within 10 days if purchase, at which time, the Customer Refund Policy will be honored in a prompt and courteous manner.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If your shipment arrives in less than satisfactory condition, customer must alert the delivery man and call the carrier immediately to advise or refuse shipment.    It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of each shipment upon receipt.  In the case of missing items, extra items and/or damaged items that cannot be attributed to the carrier(s) involved, SonDon International Corporation should be called within 10 days.
